Does anyone here had sought the help of postpartum care services? My elder sister is pregnant and her doctor told that she might need a C-section. At present, our mom is taking care of her. I read that, after a c-section, there needs 24-hours care for avoiding complications. Since my mom has some health issues, I don't think that she is able to take care of my sister in the future. I'm completely unaware of the things that should have cared about this procedure so I'm planning to seek the help of a postpartum care service nearby my place ( http://www.newmummycompany.ca/services/newborn-nannies-postpartum-doulas/ ). What are the factors that should be checked before choosing a caregiver? Are they expensive? Do I need to consider a full-time nanny? Or a part-time nanny is enough?
