Help with stubborn family member

Ok a little about me. I am 38 and a sufferer of Fibromyalgia. I have it pretty severe yet w really strong pain meds I can do the basics for myself. Well 3 years ago my Mom slipped and started using crutches. We fought but she refusrs to see a doctor. Me being the daughter I thought it was not my place to force her. Well it's 3 years later and She's still On The crutches. In Aug she stopped moving around. Like bed, bathroom, then kitchen. Well one day she didn't wanna move from the chair. After two days of that I finally talked her into an ER trip. She ended up having cellulitis *sp, her legs were leaking. Which I didn't see because she changed herself. Well after the hospital, then rehab she came home. Now it's been a month and the PT and OT stopped so now she won't walk or move. She's getting in the same place she was before she left. She moves once a day to go To the bathroom. She's supposed to move her legs even while sitting and won't... I don't know how to get her to want to move or do anything. By the way she is only 67. Any ideas to Help? I'm exhausted and popping pain meds waay too often just to care for her. Which in turn makes me sick. I have no help aside from a nurse who just comes by every 4 days to change bandages.
