Hi, I am a caregiver who also has chronic illnesses that affect my sleep and energy level. I also think that I may have ADD and that my mom has it also - which is making caregiving harder. I am also looking after my dad. Dealing with a major family rift because I have the POA and siblings do not like it and have caused problems.
Dealing with dementia and just general frailty with both parents.
