At the end of her life and nothing... So many of our loved ones are trying to transition from illneess and disabilities, a spouse's death, and financial limitations that defy their life's work, the displacement of wealth in this country, and planing for a better life... Only to start over at the last stage. Yes, she is confused and angry. I am too. We, as a family, thought that we were gaining self reliance owning our own businesses, only to find out we were all insurance poor. My Mom is just withering away. i keep hoping I can replace my younger brother and myself with more apt care-givers who will assist and then physically rehabilitate her long enough for her to become strong enough to find her place in the world again.
