My father has stage 4 troat and neck cancer.

Im 23 years old and my father has cancer. I cant leave home or get a job because i am constantly caring for him. He has a feeding tube and everything i have to feed him 5x a day. Can i get money from the state of Mo for taking care of my dad. He is on disability as well. Thank you.
