Hello Forum. I'm not sure where to start, so I'll just state that I need help finding services. I'm new at being my sister's guardian (she lives with us now) and we have relocated to North Carolina. I don't know what agencies or departments to contact for assistance. I need to find information on how to find someone to care for her while I'm at work, transportation to a Medicaid funded day program that has limited hours of operation and what to do with Social Security???
