Hoping someone can offer some advice. My best friend is a caregiver to her brother with ALS and her mother who is ill with many issues. Her mom is in the hospital at the moment and she is using sick time at her job to stay with her brother while he dad works. She is so stressed out and overloaded I'm really worried for her mental and emotional state. They seem to refuse any suggestion of outside help. Anybody have advice for a situation like this?
