Caregiver for looking after a child with cerebral palsy

Hi. My son has cerebral palsy and I’m taking care of him. I do everything for him and he is attached to me. He needs my help for everything and he doesn’t mingle with anyone else. But now I am considering a rhinoplasty procedure in Toronto. I would be probably undergoing the procedure next month. I haven’t booked my first consultation yet but I think there is a minimum downtime of 12 weeks. So during that time I need a caregiver to look after my child. But I am really worried about him since he doesn’t get along with others. What should I do? He is very sensitive and I don’t think I can make him understand about the surgery. Can anyone suggest a good caregiver who could tackle this situation?
