Discover how to navigate the challenges of caregiving for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease using the research-backed methods of the StrongerMemory program.
Designed for those facing mild cognitive challenges or an early diagnosis of dementia, this program offers simple daily activities to engage working memory and stimulate brain activity in the prefrontal cortex. These methods have been shown to help stabilize or improve cognitive functions.
This session will provide caregivers with practical strategies to manage late-stage Alzheimer’s symptoms such as agitation, delusions, and sleep disturbances. Attendees will also learn techniques to enhance communication with loved ones and reduce caregiver stress.
