I read on https://www.caregiveraction.org/caregivers-and-depression that "Often it's the people who have weathered these difficult times who are best able to help others". Is there anyone like that on this Forum? If so, have you ever considered being a part of some kind of online meeting at regular intervals? Maybe use Zoom? It sounds like there are many people here who might be interested.
