Hi there. I've been a caregiver for my husband, who is paralyzed, for a long time. In October, after a 10-day hospital stay, he was no longer able to dress himself, transfer in and out of bed, or in and out of the shower. He's still working, but I have a struggle to spend an evening with my daughter and grandchildren, go out for a day on the weekend, or ever go out of town for any reason. I'm looking for an in-person support group in the DC area. Suggestions?
